When we are born, we are born pure. Nobody is born evil. We possess characteristics which are part of our genetic fingerprint, passed down through the generations of our family and in some way, these do affect our personality but they naturally affect us positively, there is no natural negative or evil aspect to a human being. The negativity we feel in life is learned, it is being exposed to negative behaviour that creates evil people.

Negative behaviour includes depression, stress and hysteria but also includes a general lack of parental guidance, abuse from a rolemodel and constant correction on our behaviour as we are growing up.

When a person is constantly corrected for the way they are behaving as they grow, they learn that nothing they do is good enough. Often this belittling treatment will affect the person’s self esteem to the point where they over eat and become obese, or they self harm, or they become overly sexually active at a young age. Typically when a person is nagged in this way, they will go onto “act out” their negative emotions in these extreme ways. Some will then learn to turn these emotions into bad behaviours such as violence, vandalism, sexual crimes. Because they have a low regard for themselves, they also have a low regard for others. They hate the world that has treated them so awfully. All this could so easily be avoided of course if adults/parents/rolemodels would learn that constant nagging and other such belittling behaviour toward children is unecessary and quite frankly, down right cruel.

There are some however who find a way to turn this negativity into a positive motivation for them to succeed in life. Their philosophy being that since they have been treated so badly anyway, they might aswell take a few risks in life because nothing could make them feel worse than they already do anyway. They turn the evil that was done to them into something ultimately good. But they were not born good or bad, they learned this as they grew and what they became as an adult was determined by the way they had been treated while growing up. Thier characteristics may have helped them in their decision making but they did not determine the outcome of their lives.

So we are born pure and the world makes us cynical, possibly driven and possibly evil but it is the world that does this through the way our parents/rolemodels treat us and the way in which our societies are shaped. A person from a third world country who is being beaten regularly by their father may not react to this treatment as being quite as unfair as would a person from a country like the UK where people have more choice in their lives. More choice means more freedom and more freedom means more awareness of one’s rights as a human being. In this way, people have started turning away from Christian churches and politics because they see that they have choices in how they want to live and no longer appreciate the tight control these instituations used to have over us. Yet in poor countries where people’s choices are limited, they flock to church still.

We cannot wait for our societies to become more free or for our negative treatment to teach us how to be motivated. If we have not done so already, we need to make changes in our lives now. We are not evil nor tarnished in any way that we need to continue allowing. We have choices. We can reclaim our purity and purge ourselves of the evil that world has brought to us. We do not need to know God or flock back into churches either in order to attain this level of refreshed life. The answers are inside us where they have been all along and as soon as we learn to rid ourselves of the distractions that life puts in our way (alcohol, drugs, jealousy, anger) we will see those answers and through some study, learn how to bring them to the fore and action them in our lives.

The universe is filled with energy. Energy is the resonance of life. Everything pulsates at some frequency and this pulsing creates energy. Energies have been in existance since time began so in as much as there are new energies being created with every passing moment, the old energies are still also circulating around.

These energy streams are each unique but they are not solid and so they also merge with one another to form yet more new energies. This process of creation, circulation and merging is an eternal movement or “life”, in fact, it is the life of the universe.

The skill in being human is learning to bring all the power and resources you have on the inside, out of yourself in a way that presents them positively to the world in order to achieve positive reflection. Positive reflection is the manifestation of your personal truth. Your personal truth is the way in which you identify yourself in character.

How do you identify yourself?

Are you sometimes happy but mostly the world makes you mad, if everyone would just do things your way then the world would be a better place?

Does the world and the people in it frighten you, are you shy and quiet?

Do you bravely take on the challenges of life and the world head on?

What is your personal truth? Who are you? What makes you tick?

How you see youself is how you allow the world to treat you. When you percieve that people are picking on you or that no matter what you do you never seem to cut a lucky break, I can guaruntee that it is your behaviour, which is the manifestation of your personal truth, that is blocking the good things in life to you and making people look down on you. It may be that you worry too  much or are too quietly spoken, it may be a host of other things but the truth here is that you only allow the world to treat you in the manner that you tell it to treat you.

When we learn to get our inside out, we take control of our lives in a new way and re-identify our personal truth. We allow our own unique qualities to come to the fore so this is what people see and this is what we then communicate to them as what way they can treat us. Inner power, inner strength, self respect, high personal regard, these are all qualities that are locked up inside each of us. These are the qualities that when mastered, tell the world to back off and treat us with respect, these are the qualities that project our inner happiness and give us a true positive outlook so we then attract positive reflection and so positive change in our lives.

It does not matter who you are or where you are from, this is a universal truth for all human life. Your personal circumstances may make it easier or more difficult to avhieve this enlightened view but you can achieve it, each of us can.

As you read through the pages of this book, you will learn how to reach your inner self and identify with your real personal truth (not the one the world has dictated to you). You will find a step by step guide and good examples of exercises you can adopt which will accelerate the process of becoming the real you; the you that you hide from people for fear of rejection and embarassment; the you that you know you are but others just do not get.

It is my intention to share with you all the secrets, in a straight forward manner, involved in finding your true path in life and releasing your God given power.
